Payment Policies

Booking/Refund/Cancellation/Fees/Pet/Cleaning

Booking: All reservations will require an advance deposit equaling half (50%) at the time of booking and the remaining half (50%) 14 days from the date of stay. Bookings made less than 14 days prior to stay are charged the full amount (100%) at the time of booking.  Bookings can be made as much as one (1) year in advance. 

Refund: The advance deposit is fully refundable if canceled no less than 14 days from the date of stay. The deposit is forfeited if canceled less than 14 days from the date of stay.

Cancellations: Cancellations, including reducing the number of nights stayed to only one (1), made less than 14 days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting one hundred percent (100%) of your deposit. You will be charged for any missed date, no-show, or early departure at the nightly rate of your original reservation. If you are making consecutive or multiple reservations, an advance deposit will be required for each reservation and the cancellation/refund policy set forth above will apply to each reservation separately.

Fees:

Damage Deposit:  A damage deposit of $250 is collected at the time of registration.  The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days from the time of check-out if no damage to the property is present.

Pets: Well-behaved pets less than 50lbs are permitted at Blue Sky Luxury Lodges.  Pets incur a fee of $75 per pet per stay.  Please disclose your pets at guest registration.

Cleaning: There is a cleaning fee of either $120 for our smaller units or $200 for our 2 larger units.
